The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction announced the provision of land for the implementation of the National Housing Action Plan for some cities in 18 provinces of the country and said: the re-registration of the National Housing Action Plan in the cities where the land has been provided will be done next week.
According to ILNA, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh, announced the start of re-registration of the National Housing Action Plan for cities that previously did not have quotas and now land has been provided for them.
The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction said: “In some cities of 18 provinces of the country, with the efforts of the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development of the same provinces, land was provided for the implementation of the national housing plan and it was decided to re-register new applicants.”
Mahmoudzadeh continued: it has been decided to re-register the National Housing Action Plan next week by announcing the capacity of the cities that were able to provide land.
The Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development explained: “Applicants can submit the necessary documents with the same conditions as before, immediately after the official announcement, and if they are eligible, they will be notified to complete their documents.”
He also considered the completion by the applicants for the National Housing Action Plan to be dependent on the progress of the projects and said: “Some projects have further steps and will be announced and completed based on the table signed in the contract between the builder and the applicant.” .
