According to Ofoq News Agency, “Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani” has also introduced “Mohammad Yasin Zia” Chief of Staff of the Afghan Army as the acting Minister of Defense.

In this regard, the Office of the National Security Council of Afghanistan announced that the appointment of these individuals was made with the aim of making the necessary changes in the security command and better implementation of the country’s self-sufficiency program by 2024.
