Announcement of the Ministry of Labor regarding livelihood support for low-income and non-fixed income groups

The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare issued Statement No. 1 on the livelihood support of low-income and non-fixed income groups.

According to ILNA, the text of Announcement No. (1) of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare regarding livelihood support for low-income and non-fixed income groups is as follows:

Announcement number one of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare regarding livelihood support for low-income and non-fixed income groups

Dear Compatriots, According to the decision of the National Corona Headquarters, the agreement reached between the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the Program and Budget Organization to support the livelihood of low-income and non-fixed income groups, the Program and Budget Organization to the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor Social welfare was announced and identified as follows on the agenda of this ministry:

Livelihood support of 120,000 Tomans per person per month

People covered by Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA) and the Welfare Organization will be paid 120,000 Tomans per month.

Livelihood support of 100,000 Tomans per person

People who have the following characteristics simultaneously, will be subject to a living support of 100,000 Tomans per person:

1) Households whose members do not receive a monthly salary.

Employees in the public, quasi-governmental, public, private, and pension sector of pension funds who receive a monthly stipend and are considered employed or retired are not in this group.

2) Households whose members are not insurers.

3) According to the Central Bank’s review of banking indicators, household members are among the lower deciles.

4) Families that are in the group of beneficiaries of the livelihood support plan.

Payment steps

It will be paid for 4 months from December.

The first step of depositing

According to the announcement of the Program and Budget Organization, the first stage of this livelihood support was deposited in the accounts of the eligible individuals on 24/9/2013.

The role of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare

The Ministry of Cooperatives, Labor and Social Welfare is solely responsible for identifying beneficiaries based on the registration information received from other agencies, and determining the number of beneficiaries and managing the payment process for this support plan is the responsibility of the Program and Budget Organization.

No in-person referral in connection with this plan

Dear compatriots, due to the special circumstances resulting from the outbreak of coronation, we ask you to refrain from visiting this ministry, provincial offices and other institutions in person to pursue coronation livelihood support.
