Nutritionist Tatiana Razomuskaya writes in an article about the properties of eating cheese that cheese strengthens teeth.

Avoid tiredness by eating cheese. 100 grams of Parmesan cheese contains about 35 grams of protein and 100 grams of gouda cheese contains 23 grams of protein. For comparison: in jar cheese there are 10-13 grams, and even in beef and lamb – 18-20 grams per 100 grams of protein, while grilled cheese is cheaper.

Protein is the main and building block of the body. The first symptoms of deficiency are swelling of the face and swelling of the legs, recurrent colds, weakness and fatigue. That’s why you can increase your body protein by eating cheese. If your physical activity is not too much, your body needs 45-55 grams of protein, so using cheese in your diet is beneficial.

Cheese can even be eaten by people on a diet, but the amount must be observed.
