The Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Deputy of the Judiciary, pointing out that the most important approach of the Judicial Transformation Document is to achieve justice in society and promote public satisfaction with the judiciary, said: “The difference between the recent document and the previous document is that it has three main” operational-oriented “components.” Is “problem-oriented” and “challenge-oriented”.
He stated that the compilation of this document is based on the upstream documents of the “Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran”, “Vision document of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the horizon of 1404”, “General policies of the system”, especially “General policies of judicial security” and “General judicial policies”. Also, the statements and instructions of Imam Khomeini (RA) and the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution (Mudzalah Al-Aali) have been done. In this regard, Mossadegh said: to solve or modify the existing challenges, three time periods have been set, “short-term”, “medium-term” and “long-term”, and based on this, the deputies, affiliated organizations and subordinate units of the judiciary, including the deputy Legal and parliamentary affairs are responsible for implementing or cooperating in the implementation of the proposed solutions.
