The Greater Tehran Police Chief stated: At this stage of the Raad project, 312 court rulings were obtained and 670 people who had committed crimes such as petty theft, home theft, extortion, snatching mobile phones, etc., were identified and arrested.
Sardar Rahimi stated: Also at this stage, 34 disbanded gangs and 3127 items of stolen property, including 137 cars and motorcycles, have been seized. In another part of his speech, referring to the discovery of various types of smuggled goods in Tehran, he explained: In this regard, the police have seized 321,000 items of various types of smuggled goods. He continued: “On the day of the accident, the mountain police, along with other relief forces such as the Red Crescent and the fire brigade, were present at the scene from the very beginning of the accident, and no action was taken in this regard.”
