According to Eqtesadonline, Mansour Yazdizadeh, CEO of Zobahan, said: “The contract for the export of Isfahan Zobahan is to complete the axis that connects Afghanistan through Iran to the Sea of Oman and the Persian Gulf and from the west to Europe.” We will see a slow increase in the volume of trade and transit to Afghanistan, as well as an increase in trade between the two sides.
The CEO of Isfahan Steel, noting that the rails produced by this company are in accordance with the latest international standards and its quality has been approved by reputable companies, said: Negotiations are underway to supply the rails needed by other countries in the region and a good outlook. There is a strategy for exporting this product.
Yazdizadeh added: “Currently, to meet the needs of the country, ten thousand tons of rails are produced monthly in this huge industrial complex, which can be increased in proportion to market demand.”
It is worth mentioning that the rail produced in Isfahan Steel is currently being installed in different axes such as Chabahar-Zahedan, Yazd-Eghlid, Hamedan-Sanandaj, Miyaneh-Ardabil, Bostanabad-Tabriz and Rasht-Caspian.
