Ingredients for preparing shrimp pilaf:

  • Vegetable pilaf: 100 grams
  • Small shrimp: half a kilo
  • Onion: one
  • Spices: turmeric, salt, pepper, lemon powder and pepper

  • Sour lemon: as needed
  • Rice: 3 cups

How to prepare and cook shrimp pilaf:

1. First, finely chop the onion and then fry it. Add the spices when golden. When well cooked, then add the shrimp.

3. If you wish, you can add some tomato paste or pomegranate and orange paste to the shrimp.

4. When the shrimp are fully cooked, add the pilaf vegetables to the mixture and close the pot to drain the oil.
