Ingredients for preparing shrimp pilaf:
- Vegetable pilaf: 100 grams
- Small shrimp: half a kilo
- Onion: one
- Spices: turmeric, salt, pepper, lemon powder and pepper
- Saffron: in the required amount
- Sour lemon: as needed
- Rice: 3 cups
How to prepare and cook shrimp pilaf:
1. First, finely chop the onion and then fry it. Add the spices when golden. When well cooked, then add the shrimp.
۲. Then add some lemon to the shrimp and let the shrimp cook with its own water.
3. If you wish, you can add some tomato paste or pomegranate and orange paste to the shrimp.
4. When the shrimp are fully cooked, add the pilaf vegetables to the mixture and close the pot to drain the oil.
5. Then brew the mixture side by side with rice and saffron.
