The US presidential campaign has announced its re-application to the Supreme Court to annul the results of the November 3 election.

Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said in a statement that the campaign had asked the Supreme Court to overturn three Pennsylvania state court rulings on mail-order voting laws.
Giuliani said the campaign seeks to overturn a decision depriving the Pennsylvania Parliament of post-fraud guarantees.
Joshua Douglas, a professor of electoral law at the University of Kentucky, said the lawsuit was futile and would not prevent Biden from taking office on Jan. 20, adding that the court would close the case immediately.
On December 11, the US Supreme Court rejected Trump’s request to annul the election results in four states, including Pennsylvania, where Biden won.
