مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ رِجَالٌ صَدَقُوا مَا مَا أَحَدُوا اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ فَمِنْهُمْن قَضَى نَحْبَهُ وَمِنْهُم ُنْن َنْن
Congratulations on the birth of Hazrat Zainab, peace be upon him, and Nurse’s Day to all the Mujahideen of the front line of health; Our dear nurses, with the least facilities, brought the most honors; They saved the lives of tens of thousands of compatriots and risked their lives so that the rest would suffer less. The sacrifices of our heroic nurses will be immortalized in the history of this land, and no doubt future generations will tell the story of the nurses’ struggle and self-sacrifice for their children. You are the heroes of our land and we are all proud of you. Rest assured that we will not leave you alone in the field of danger, and all members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly consider it their duty to use all the capacities of the Assembly to pursue your demands as anonymous heroes. We cherish the memory of more than 100 martyrs who defended health among nurses, and we appreciate our white-clad heroes everywhere in our dear Iran.
We consider the recent emphasis of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution on the cooperation of the forces with each other and the preservation of national unity for the benefit of the people as the beacon of our path in the parliament. The Supreme Leader of the Revolution emphasized that the will of the people is one and that none of the officials should undermine this one voice. We prioritize solving people’s livelihood problems and believe that no burden can be lifted from the shoulders of the people except through coordination and unity.
There must be a common principle among all officials, and that is for the benefit of the people; We will nail to the wall what is not in the interest of the people and what harms their livelihood and social status, and what is in their interest to be said in everyone’s language and written with everyone’s pen, and we will try to guide and guide them. Correctly and in coordination and cooperation with the government, lead the country to solve the problems of the people. The livelihood support plan for the people is a good example that was achieved with the cooperation and coordination of the esteemed government.
We promised the people not to let their table get smaller; We tried to be less ashamed of fathers who were ashamed of their children. Rest assured, we will not leave people alone in the midst of economic problems.
Another important point is related to the most important agenda before the parliament, namely the 1400 budget bill. In the eyes of the parliament, the budget is the most influential governing document that will directly determine the path of progress or backwardness of countries;
The most accurate and expert estimates must be included in the budget in order for the country’s roadmap to take a path in the interests of the people. Regarding the 1400 budget bill, the necessary studies have been carried out in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, whether in commissions, in the research center, in the Court of Accounts, or in various expert meetings with economists.
The Court of Accounts has also prepared a timely report on budget appropriations. The subtraction report is the record of the government’s financial discipline. In the past, the budget appropriation report had become an ineffective administrative report. But for the first time, we were able to consider the damage to the 1998 budget in the review of the 1400 budget bill.
We hope that, given the coordination made, the esteemed government and the Program and Budget Organization will cooperate fully to amend the bill. Reforming the budget structure, even in its minimal form, is as necessary for our policymakers as dinner. We will make the budget figures real in the fundamental reforms of the parliament. The recent permission of the Leader of the Revolution is a big step towards realizing the budget figures and avoiding any unrealistic estimates; In the same direction, we will try to examine the bill paragraph by paragraph with fundamental reforms in a way that benefits the livelihood of the people and our beloved country, in order to play a role in removing the burden of high prices, discrimination, injustice and poverty from the people. In this way, the people will get the most income when the parliament and the government consider the expert examination as a priority of their work and act in harmony with each other for the benefit of the people and the country; God willing, with the final approval of the 1400 budget in a realistic and expert manner, the parliament will fulfill its duty to pave the way for the progress of the government for the benefit of the people and the country.
